The new Formica® Collection brings striking introductions to Stockholm
November 2010
The Formica Group will be displaying their vibrant new colourways, intriguing premium textures and unique designs from the new Formica® Collection at the Stockholm Furniture Fair 8th-12th February 2011 on stand A:25:50.
The Formica Collection is a harmonised portfolio of decorative laminate options, specially selected in response to European trends. View new patterns: Mode, a unique pattern inspired by digital pixilation; Geo, a striking organic weave inspired by the meandering and crossing lines of nature and architecture as well as Strand, a uniquely abstracted pattern with intriguing cross-over design offering the usability of familiar wood tones. Discover the exclusive new texture Rigato™ by designed in collaboration with leading Swedish-born designer Kristina Råström. Rigato™ is a pioneering texture and modern interpretation of a classic pin stripe.
Another highlight of the Collection is the Woods range with updated colourations, new species and unusual layouts. As one of the most versatile ranges within the Formica Collection, Formica® Woods combine both inspirational and timeless designs. With 17 new introductions the range includes high gloss characteristics, horizontal graining, light, dark and neutralised shades, matte finishes and updated colourways.
Held at the Stockholm International Fairs in Älvsjö the Stockholm Furniture Fair hosts the most comprehensive range of furniture, offices, design, textiles and other interior design for both the home and the public environment.
The new Formica Collection is a practical, trend led resource for Architects, Designers and Specifers across Europe. It shows how the Formica Group continues to innovate and lead the market in decorative laminates.
